This short article shows the G503 WWII 1944 Willys MB Jeep Correct Choke Throttle knobs

This article applies to Willys MB WWII Military Jeeps

1. Unlike the GPW, it is believed that Willys had two styles of Choke and Throttle knobs during the period of 1941-1945. The first set of knobs believed to be used from the beginning until mid 1942 is the Metal raised letters with the brass connector.

2. In Mid 1942, Nabholtz mentions that Choke and Throttle knobs were changed to plastic like the Panel light knobs. This would be an Olive Drab color with engraved lettering. Nabholtz also noted that these remained plastic until 1945, but does not mention that there were any changes in 1945
